Saks OFF 5TH Hiring for Director, Store Marketing at New York, New York Full Time

What This Position Is All About:

The Director, Store Marketing is responsible for developing holistic marketing strategies for the O5 business, designed to increase brand awareness, grow traffic, and deliver topline sales results. This individual will collaborate with key partners within the broader Saks OFF 5TH marketing team (Email, Paid Media, PR, Creative, etc.) to execute marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels. With help from their Specialist, the Director will manage inbound requests from store teams in the field. Lastly, this individual will be responsible for recapping results, conducting regular competitive landscape scans, and identifying future opportunity areas.

You Also Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a retail environment across multiple channels)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

As The Director, Store Marketing, you will:

• Develop a compelling marketing strategy for O5 stores, aligned to the overall brand strategy and based on customer insights, business trends, and organizational priorities
• Collaborate with key Creative partners to brief in projects and review / sign off on Creative assets
• Partner with key channel leads (affiliates, search, email, etc.) to ensure execution of media plans; track performance and use results to drive future strategies
• Liaison with Store Operations and Visual Merchandising to strategize and execute priority messaging in store, as well as fashion/trend storytelling
• Provide input to the budgeting process and lead quarterly marketing performance review with Store GMs
• Lead marketing efforts for new store openings
• Manage local marketing efforts, including collaboration with major landlord partners
• Develop and execute in-store brand activations
• As needed, attend meetings and conferences with Store GMs and field teams
