What This Position Is All About:
Under the direction of the Benefits Manager, the Analyst is responsible for supporting the Total Rewards team with the administration and delivery of employee benefits & wellness initiatives, policies and programs for Saks Off 5th stores and corporate teams. The position will be accountable for plan administration support, including but not limited to, participant escalations, vendor expense and invoice management, collaboration with HRPBs, and partnership with accounting and HRIS to support audit and financial activities. The position will conduct frequent research and analyses of existing programs and policies, including regular audits and quality improvement activities. This responsibilities will be conducted in accordance with plan design requirements and ERISA; includes vendor management compliance, customer service, issue resolution and communications.
