JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead Saks Payments product, engineering and UX team, define product and UX strategy and champion innovation in payments space
• Own and drive product roadmap in partnership with internal and external partners
• Develop and define key payment requirements throughout the customer journey
• Form key partnerships with payment leaders in industry while developing roadmap of owned products
• Define key KPIs and develop sophisticated performance management program

Skills

• Product leader with 5+ years of payments experience (engineering or deep technical experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of payments industry and experience with payments regulations and compliance requirements
• Significant experience with AB testing and KPI tracking
• Strong understanding of the retail ecommerce landscape, including “best practice” features and functionality
