Role Summary:

The Coordinator, Site Merchandising is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of website merchandising and creating a customer experience on Saks.com. This individual will lead the creation of custom arrays as well as the execution of boosting strategies. The coordinator will help to perform site maintenance and use analytics to grow and optimize the customer experience. The coordinator will work collaboratively with cross functional teams such as Category Growth, Marketing, Creative, etc. to ensure a seamless site execution to help drive revenue and conversion.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of digital retail experience preferred (Luxury retail a plus)

• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and contributes to business objectives through thoughtful analysis and flawless execution

• Showcases ability to take initiative and be flexible in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment to business priorities

• Strong communicator with strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities

• Proficient in Excel and capacity to learn new systems swiftly (Adobe Analytics & Salesforce experience a plus)

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination prior to beginning employment.

Role Description

• Create all custom arrays required to support email, site & paid media content, leveraging key merchandising reporting as well as visual tools to build compelling viable arrays

• Responsible for executing boosting strategies as required by merchant & marketing teams, using both creative eye and data

• Supports the Manager, Site Merchandising with reporting and analyzing data. Takes action on insights of the business to achieve business objectives

• Manages overall day-to-day ecommerce responsibilities of website and marketing including merchandising of Saks.com, navigation, search results, product arrays, linking strategies etc

• Owns weekly reporting on website metrics, array performance and marketing channels to identify areas of opportunity to drive growth and optimize customer experience

• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment for event set-ups, category experience and execution to create a seamless shopping experience

• Works closely with Digital Content and Marketing teams to execute strategies for all site content in a timely manner

• Fields special projects/ad hoc requests, presents findings and delivers recommendations that drives action and informs day-to-day strategy
