You’ll be Hybrid working, from home 2/3 days a week and at our site in Coventry, CV3 2ZG.

For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following skills and expertise:
Degree level education in Business/ HR/ Computer Science / Information systems, or equivalent.
Analytical and numerate with a high degree of problem solving and technical ability.
2-3 years post-graduate experience working on large complex systems (such as PeopleSoft/ SAP).
Good understanding of HR function and processes.
Functional knowledge and experience of HRIS modules and landscape including system flows, structure, relationships, application interfaces and security.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise on system related issues and activity and build good relationships with business customers at all levels.
Experience of a helpdesk/customer support service would be beneficial.
What will I be doing in the role?
Our HR Systems Analysts are really important to our success and a critical part of our customer’s and employee’s positive experience with us.
In this role you will;
Employ skillset to resolve problems/ issues with the systems as they arise
Maintain and improve the PeopleSoft HR /Global Payroll system with specific focus on system configuration, integrity, security and issue resolution.
Provide quality customer experiences through expert systems advice, guidance and collaboration.
Participate in projects for new functionality and digital solutions in line with business objectives to ensure the optimisation of people processes through technology.
