The Administration Assistant will:
Performs varied secretarial, administrative and analytical duties for the department leadership. Assists in data collection, prepares s and participates in special projects as delegated by the ED Leadership Team (Chairman, Administrative Director, Nurse Manager, Registration Manager and Pediatric ED Director). Gathers and interprets information, composes and types complex correspondence, maintains department files and organizes public or interdepartmental ed data as delegated by the ED Leadership Team. Uses discretion and judgment when screening important visitors and telephone calls, relaying confidential information and planning and organizing work load to ensure established priorities are met. Maintains schedules for ED Leadership Team. Supports ED Registration when needed.
