What’s the Job?
Project leadership to recommend and implement process improvements to the equipment and methods of the fabricating fiberglass insulation.
Perform process and equipment audits and implement changes required by an analysis of the results
Lead and or support plant trials for product and process optimization, and new product launches
Provide technical support to CT Insulation plants in Canada and share best practices between the Insulation plants in US and Canada
Travel – 25 to 35%
Required Qualifications
What do you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, mechanical)
2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic environment
Ability to lead and execute, in a timely manner, several projects
Ability to communicate ideas and report results
