The Human Resources Generalist acts as an onsite first level resource for the Hiram and Newbury locations and provides HR support for the administration and implementation of a wide range of Human Resources programs at a multi-shift manufacturing facility.

The Generalist will support administrative activities across all Crystals businesses in North America. The responsibility includes, but are not limited to employee relations, benefits, recruiting, Human Capital Management Systems, compensation, training, and compliance with all applicable laws. In addition, the Generalist will assist the Human Resources Business Partner, Plant Manager and the Corporate Human Resources team with the implementation of strategic HR programs.

This position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner and will play an important role with helping the site to achieve business goals and objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is required with at least two years of professional experience. Experience with multi-site recruiting and a certification in PHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.

The Generalist should be well versed in local and national employment laws. This position will need the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and have the capability to train others in new programs, policies, processes.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The Human Resources Generalist will heavily utilize computer programs like Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and work in local timekeeping and Human Capital Management Systems.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
