In this exciting role as a HR Change Lead, you’ll be accountable for determining the strategy for end-to-end delivery of multiple colleague impacting change initiatives and programmes across the business, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that initiatives and programmes are planned, led and embedded brilliantly. You’ll identify ways to innovate our change approach and step on the capability of our leaders to deliver and sustain people change in their teams.
You will develop strong working relationships with senior business leaders, up to and including Board Directors, quickly establishing credibility and a reputation as a trusted advisor with sound working knowledge of the change context. Working with them to ensure we achieve the intended outcomes and return on investment of the change, whilst managing key risks & dependencies.
You will line manage, coach & lead a team of HR Change Specialists & HR Change Executives in a matrix style of leadership providing inspirational and motivational direction, with a clear performance focus, creating an inclusive, high performing and engaged team that take an active role to continuously improve the HR Change function. Working collaboratively with Centre of Excellences (CoEs), HR Directors and Heads of HR, you will ensure we develop a change strategy and compelling case for change that is aligned to our strategic priorities and culture.
What you need to know and show
A genuine passion for leading change and experience with managing multiple large-scale people change programmes
Able to engage others, of all levels, by being credible and persuasive to stakeholders, showing a high level of impact and influence
Bravery, resilience, and open mindedness to take on board different viewpoints and flex a plan when appropriate
Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring a high performing, large field-based team – providing clear performance expectations, honest everyday feedback and proactively tackling underperformance
Ability to think strategically allied with a practical approach to execution and curiosity to explore new ways of doing things
