Responsibilities:
- Trace shipments
- Pull reports
- Provide various types of office support such as responding to customer inquiries
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Research and follow up on customer problems they may have
- Writing report
- Calling customers to confirm delivery on unsigned bills
Qualifications
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Organizational and attention to detail
- Ability to work with high volume deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Must have good computer skills

Salary: $27.00-$41.79 per hour
