About The Role

Reporting into the Finance Operations Manager you will assist with:

• Processing of approx. 1800 supplier invoices to Fido and UH workflow in respect of saha and subsidiary companies.
• The preparation and input of posting documents from source documentation within set deadlines.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements and assisting with the preparation of all inward and outward invoices for payments including the processing of tenant related recharges and payments using the appropriate financial database.
• Scan and process HB/SS notifications to workflow.
• To assist with preparation of year end accruals and prepayments.
• Be responsible for monitoring and processing the company credit card process.
