This position plays a critical role in coordinating and communicating the key responsibilities of the Professional Learning department. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling of, and ensuring successful delivery of key service offerings to schools.

Personal skills best suited to this role include clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, collaboration, problem solving, initiative and time management.

Some tasks will require you to be based in our office in Melbourne CBD, however options for flexible work from home will also be available.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Professional Learning (PL) delivery calendar, including communication with Sales, consultant allocation and communication with clients regarding PL services (i.e., face to face, synchronous, asynchronous courses)
• Coordinate and communicate evaluation milestones with consultants and clients
• Coordinate, in collaboration with the Director of PL, ongoing training and development for the full time Professional Learning Team.
• Coordinate, in collaboration with the PL Engagement Specialist, ongoing training, development and relationships with independent consultants
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and systems relating to Corwin clients, with a focus on providing an experience that exceeds client expectations
• Coordinate, in consultation with the Director of PL, communication with Licensees including coordinating Training, Materials, evaluation tools and Quarterly reports
• Work alongside and support the Director of PL as required
• Work alongside and support PL Administration and the PL Engagement Specialist as required
• Support key Professional Learning Projects aligned with strategic plan goals
• Identify, manage, and resolve issues in collaboration with Director Professional Learning
• Other general duties as required

Qualifications & Education:

• Completed an administrative or similar accredited course and/or at least 2 years’ related experience in a similar role
• High level of administrative skills and attention to detail
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with key stakeholders
• Strong multi-tasking, organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to maintain professional demeanour under pressure
