The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Scheduler is to administer the flow of candidates during the recruiting process through close partnership with the recruiters and sourcers. The Scheduler will focus on coordinating interview schedules and travel arrangements, as well as other duties related to the hiring of candidates. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Partner closely with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR Operations, and candidates to provide support for the recruiting and candidate management process

Responsible for candidate communication and processing throughout the employment process

Schedule candidate interviews and assisting candidate queries

Assist recruiters with the process for internal candidates, and work with other coordinators in the company to insure that all interviews happen and the candidates move through the company in a timely manner

Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates related to the application process

Coordinate Sage participation in local job fairs and assessment centers

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

Experience in an administrative, support, or coordination role

Strong MS Excel skills and SharePoint experience is ideal

Possess strong communication skills

Must be flexible, innovative and have the ability to excel in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment

Must have a high level of professionalism, a service orientation, and outstanding organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience in a recruiting environment is preferred
