Online Admin / Customer Service Representative

Day of week: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am – 4pm
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour, raise periodically
We are a new startup, an online ecommerce looking for a customer service representative / admin to help with the day to day operations.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
– fluent in English
– must be punctual
– organization skill
– willing to learn new products on a weekly basis
– knowledge in graphic design and website development is an asset
– having own vehicle is an asset
Job Duties:
– answer Phone Calls, e-mails and live chat in regards to orders and products inquiries.
– add products to website
– help with orders, mainly packing.
* Background Check will be required
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- Secondary School (Preferred)
