Safety Rail Company Hiring for Accounting Assistant Job at Spring Park, MN Full Time

Safety Rail Company is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist/Assistant to add to our growing team of dynamic fall-protection experts! This role will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer, completing financial analysis reports, reconciling balance-sheet accounts, facilitating monthly journal entries, and undertaking other accounting-related projects.

Likewise, this position will be responsible for purchasing-administration duties (including cost and delivery date confirmation) as well as providing administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments as needed.

Responsibilities / Experience

• Should possess a solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Should possess data-entry skills
• Should be proficient in MS Office
• Should have good understanding of numbers and math
• Ability to track fixed asset records
• Ability to take ownership of corporate travel expense system
• Covid-19 vaccination required
• 3-5 years of on-the-job experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
