Safebox Ventures Hiring for Program Director, Finance Transformation Job at Remote Full Time

Safebox is looking for a highly skilled Program Director, Finance Transformation to work for our automotive client. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept to implementation, using best practices and effective monitoring tools while keeping affected teams informed and aligned.

Role and Qualifications:

• Overall experience around 15+ years
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Experience with consumer electronics helpful
• Solid understanding of global Quote-to-Collect processes including deal desk, billing, revenue recognition, collections and cash application
• Prior SaaS industry experience
• Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering transformation projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
• Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
• Experience within a high-growth company
• Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience for Quote-to-Collect process area
• Support design of finance future state vision, identification of transformation initiatives and development of finance transformation roadmap
• Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects, including system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
• Refine business process management framework, perform process assessments and implement scalabe processes leveraging automation
• Work closely with IT to define finance systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems
• Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and to automate the delivery of KPI dashboards
• Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of finance tools and technology
• Deep knowledge in A&D finance operations – budgeting, financial planning & analysis, accounting systems, project accounting, government contract accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with Treasury, Accounting or Financial Services operations, processes, and controls

Education:

• MBA required

• This is a six month fully remote contract position
• Candidate must be able and willing to be flexible with hours in order to support both Pacific and Eastern time working hours as required
