Full Job Description

Safal Partners is seeking a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. This individual will primarily be working on a project for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops instructional materials both in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, course development and evaluation skills
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention

Required Qualifications:

  • Instructional Designer shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject
  • Four years of relevant experience
