Duties:
– Perform data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases
– Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
– Transcribe information from various sources accurately and efficiently
– Collect data from different departments or sources and input it into spreadsheets or databases
– Assist with basic math calculations and data analysis, including the use of Excel and pivot tables
– Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
– Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
– Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
