We’re searching for a Finance Graduate in Bristol to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
The edyn European Finance Graduate Program is designed to develop high calibre finance professionals, that are both functionally excellent, and edyn leaders. The program runs for 36 months, broken up into 3 rotations of each 12months, with one of the rotations is set to be outside of the UK. Rotations are offered across all Finance disciplines, including Accounting & Reporting, FP&A, Operative Finance, Regional Finance, Acquisition & Development Finance, to cater to the individual development plan of the Graduate and account for the ever changing need of a hyper growth company
A role less ordinary.

• Support the preparation of consolidation for quarterly reporting, including preparing disclosures and performing reconciliations under IFRS
• Maintaining an effective reporting and analysis capability that will provide all stakeholders of the process with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of businesses
• Conceptualize a standard reporting package that includes retrospect learnings that are applied as future learnings
• Reconciliations between the mapping of management accounts, the consolidation, and statutory accounts
• Provide the business with timely, accurate and insightful reporting on the performance of operating assets

Who you are

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting & Controlling or similar from a reputable University in UK/Europe

• Knowledge or previous work experience completed in Real Estate/Finance/Hospitality through internships or a similar format desirable

• Proven working experience managing high volumes of data with excellent system skills (SAGE, Excel, PowerBI, TM1 or other related systems)

• Great communication skills – with fluency in English and a 2nd language desirable

• The ability to challenge the status quo as a mindset, not just a phrase in notepad

• The ability to work well under pressure confidently
