SUMMARY:
Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the “life-cycle” of recruiting and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and implement Sourcing and Recruiting strategies to attract a strong pool of candidates from which the organization can select the best possible talent. This position is responsible for establishing best-in-class recruitment practices to meet company expectations on quality and fit of candidates using a cost competitive and innovative approach. Ensure compliance in all recruiting and hiring processes. This is a “working manager” position-the incumbent will lead a team and also have their own Requisition load. Provides employment services to company management by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making recommendations regarding potential employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruiting:
· Manages the talent acquisition team and ensures recruitment process success.
· Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing, in advance of required start date.
· Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
· Responsible for the Temporary/Contractor staffing process
· Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
· Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and hires top-quality candidates.
· Performs thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offer; provides detailed information to hiring manager. * Makes recommendations regarding
recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
· Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
· Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of highquality candidates.
· Researches, analyzes, and prepares recruiting statistics/measurements. * Schedules and attends job fairs.
· Recruits for lower-level exempt jobs and additional project work as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: * · 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent
· 1 to 2 years’ experience managing a team
· Experience in recruiting and staffing
· Commitment to excellence and high standards
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent presentation skills
· Ability to work with all levels of management
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

· Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
