We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to work as our trusted partner with key stakeholders across the entire organisation to support in achieving business objectives. This is a great opportunity to be part of a global and regional team and utilise your skills to add value to a business going through a period of change.
Key Responsibilities
Working with key stakeholders as a trusted partner, providing direction and implementation of HR and management objectives.
Advising and supporting on all HR matters.
Providing advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations and mitigating any risks to the business
Provide advice and challenge leaders on how to effectively manage change within the organisation, such as department reorganisations.
Proven experience leveraging HR data, reporting and analytics to generate and present evolved insights that drive business decisions.
Experience leading diversity and inclusion work.
Work with line managers to identify, understand and implement motivation and retention goals in their teams.
Advise managers and employees on policies, and other related items (performance, compensation, career goals, employee engagement, recognition, attrition and training).
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Demonstrate proven track record of HR business partnering
Clear communication skills to effectively inform and consult on a variety of people matters
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law Analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
Understanding of both strategic and operational objectives
CIPD level 5 or above
Knowledge of ISO27001
