This position will work 30hrs/wk. It will be CONTRACT TO HIRE

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align and prioritize IT projects and resources
• Manage IT projects, including project methodology (Agile/Waterfall), project charters, resourcing, scheduling, change management, and risk management
• Manage IT resources, including vendors, assigned to projects
• Work with Finance to forecast expenditures, keeping projects within allocated budgets
• Detect and communicate project risks to Director of IT
• Evaluate and improve the IT program management process and project management best practices

Essential Skills

• Program Management ability to define a project, build project plans (schedule, budget, resource), and communicate status. Includes selecting best project management methodology for assignment
• Documentation ability to write standard operating processes, project requirements, and workflows
• Interpersonal the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external teams, teach others, deliver exemplary customer service, lead in areas of responsibility, negotiate, and work well with people from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Technology the ability to select appropriate equipment and tools; apply technology to specific tasks; diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; proactively maintain systems
• Information the ability to acquire and evaluate data to improve service delivery and processes; organize and maintain tasks/documents

Position Requirements

• A bachelors degree
• At least 5 years of experience with overseeing projects or equivalent
• Preferred PMI Certification
• Desired experience in projects that include web product development
• Experience with SCRUM or other agile project management methologies
• Experience with vendor management
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Desired experience in HealthCare & FQHC
• Must provide proof of Covid vaccination
