The purpose of this role is:

To lead Talent Acquisition across Saatchi & Saatchi and expertly advise on all matters relating to the hiring needs of the business, never taking an eye off the top talent in the market and striving to ensure that our hiring process is world class for candidate experience, calibration and creating a diverse, unrivalled workforce.

Every member of the Talent Acquisition team is a key player in our success, we lend our expertise as subject matter experts and recruiting aficionados to enable the business to make hiring decisions critical to the success of the company.

What will you do in this role:

• Lead all recruitment for Saatchi & Saatchi from approval to offer
• Become an agency ambassador, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about our work, agency and culture to candidates
• Directly manage a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, and support their development
• Build up comprehensive knowledge of where the best talent in market could be found, through competitor, market analysis and participating in relevant networking events
• Begin to cultivate a data / insight driven approach to what we do, using this to help influence the right hiring decisions and make the right strategic plays for talent pooling
• Mentor junior members in the team, sharing your knowledge and experience to support their development
• Use innovative and current outreach techniques, sharing success with the team
• Keeping the candidate database up to date and accurate to enable analysis of the hiring process
• Seeking ways to best improve the hiring process through ad hoc projects i.e. redesign of job adverts etc
• Partner with other members of the Talent team to deliver the overarching service of the Talent team to the business
• Assess candidates thoroughly against brief and sell the opportunity based on their needs
• Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively and passively seeking a new position

You will do well in this role if:

• You are an experienced Recruiter with experience of working in the creative industries (in-house or agency experience)
• You are collaborative and flexible in your approach
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills, and can confidently work with our leadership teams, as well as building cross-agency relationships and connect with our third party vendors
• You are looking to innovate recruitment and affect behavioural and cultural change with relation to how we hire across the agency
• You will be passionate about people, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a best-in-class candidate experience
