About the Role

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead, to join our fun and collaborative recruitment team! We are based at CALHN (Central Adelaide Local Health Network) located in the Adelaide CBD.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to collaborate on key recruitment projects focussed on our values and vision of attracting world class talent. An important focus of this role is building and developing relationships with stakeholders internally and providing guidance and strategy direction on recruitment campaigns. This also includes the ongoing management of Medical Managerial Recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing advice and support on strategy direction for recruitment campaigns
• Lead projects as part of our “People First” strategy
• Ensure effective management and coordination of Medical Managerial Recruitment

Are you:

• Detail oriented and organised. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Knowledgeable in or willing to learn contemporary Recruitment & HR practices and approaches, human resource management and procedures
• Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or a related field or experienced in a similar role (desirable)
