Job Description

Our incredible growth requires the very best Customer Service Representative in the consumer products industry to join our team. This newly created position is based in our Pittsburgh (Lawrence), PA office and will to the CRO of the Sporting Goods Division.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering industry-best customer service by focusing on the following areas of responsibility:

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound customer phone calls

· Manage customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service

· Offer basic troubleshooting to customer including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution

· Respond to all written customer correspondence

· Detailed knowledge of all product and procedures

· Provide excellent customer service skills in a friendly, courteous, and a professional manner

· Keep thorough documentation on all customer service tickets

· Collaborate with SA Products team members, customer partners, and vendor partners to deliver industry best customer service

· Pick, pack and ship parts as needed

Qualifications:

·2-3 years of Customer Service experience with bicycles.

· Experience with Bikes a MUST

· Experience with Salesforce a plus

· Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

· Superior communication, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset

· Fun to be around with strong interpersonal skills

· Outlook experience a must. Experience using Word, Excel & MS Teams a plus.

· Office hours: 8am – 5pm. Monday through Friday
