The core responsibility of this role is to assist with the billing of services to clients, collecting and applying payments, managing aging account receivables, operational research, and data entry. The role is considered entry-level in nature but very important to the performance of the organization. There is growth potential within the department.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to quickly adapt to workflows and web-based systems
  • Task oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate strong times management skill and the ability to prioritize work based on directives from management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
