Ryzen Hiring for Logistics Operations Specialist at Fremont, CA Full Time

This role will require travel to our Foster City, SF and Fremont locations

As our Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations for the manufacturing and service center warehouses. This includes receiving, stocking, inventory management, shipping and other warehouse related activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our service center operations are continuously improving in terms of design and scalability.

You will be responsible for assisting us transition toward being a more production-ready company.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in our main manufacturing warehouse and various service centers
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures
• Identifying ways to improve customer experience
• Support the inventory management program within the company’s network
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in cost, service, and quality
• Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed
• Interacting and collaborating with internal customers
• Tracking and ing on operational performance
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Logistics is providing high-quality service. Including but limited to, Company Logistics, Engineering, Service Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred – Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
• 2+ years of experience leading an operations team or in a similar role
• Project management and leadership experience
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
• Strong people management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Hands-on experience on warehouse operations

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
