Job descriptionOverview : The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting experience and managing a small team of talent acquisition specialists.
The responsibilities for this role are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Essential Functions : Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
to achieve metrics.Screen candidates resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates appropriately.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes as it applies to the position.Responsible for hosting recruitment events in-person or virtually.
Responsible for staying up to date with state and federal labor wage laws to ensure job postings are in compliance.Maintain ATS and CRM database.
Maintain recruitment inbox to ensure timely response to candidates.Responsible for communicating with all candidates to provide updates as necessary.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices across the team.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting s to Management weekly.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Other duties as assigned.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree required.5+ years of recruiting experienceExperience with an HRIS database preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitute on a year-to-year basis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
