Embrace RYU Vision, Mission and Values
Answer Member emails, calls and Live Chat
First point of contact and filter emails from external vendors inquiring about sponsorships, partnerships and fabric supplying
Be a Product education expert, answering members’ questions
Handle all returns processing and exchange code generation
Oversee shipment tracking and handling lost shipment claims
Point of contact for all order-related inquiries with warehouses
Know all the features and functionality of the product
Ensuring member feedback is passed to the correct internal departments
Redirecting inquiries to store teams as needed
Online/Live Chat – Intercom
Engage and monitor the live chat during the hours of 9-5 PT
Offer help with sizing to ensure the best experience
Educating on pairing/complimenting product
Providing updates on online orders
Handle
all store-related inquiries
Taking orders over the phone
Tracking orders
Questions about lost shipments
Product knowledge questions
Fielding and forwarding questions to the appropriate lines
Returns and exchanges
Generating return labels
Contacting shipping companies
Knowledge in dropping and fulfilling online orders via FTP
Troubleshooting the system
Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree considered an asset
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales & customer service
Retail experience at a RYU location is a highly regarded asset
Highly proficient and effective in communication and linguistics (English)
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
An active or athletic lifestyle
A desire to make a difference in the world
