RxSight has commercialized the world’s first and only adjustable intraocular lens (IOL) that is customized after cataract surgery. This intraocular lens can be adjusted non-invasively while in the eye, allowing the post-cataract surgery patient to see clearly at distance without the use of eyeglasses or contact lenses. The application of light to the implanted Light Adjustable Lens (LAL™) will fine-tune the patient’s lens power to their specific visual need. This technology sets the stage for a series of lens products from RxSight that will have widespread application in cataract and refractive surgery as well as outside the field of medicine.
OVERVIEW:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, ing to the Talent Acquisition & People Operations Manager, is responsible for updating employee files, updating company databases, scheduling candidate interviews, screening potential candidates to fill company job vacancies and ensuring an effective, engaging onboarding process for new hires. Candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews of candidates, conducting phone screens, check references, and make travel arrangements as needed.
· Utilizes a variety of candidate sourcing techniques including referrals, industry association events, open houses, job fairs, job boards: Indeed, Zip Recruiter and LinkedIn, employee referral programs, and professional networking sites.
· Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
· Screening potential candidates to identify those suitable to fill company job vacancies.
· Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
· Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
· Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
· Manage the onboarding process, include new hire orientation, benefits packages and ensure that all employee paperwork is received timely and checked for accuracy. Complete I-9 work eligibility verification.
· Setup on-boarding schedules for new hires and assure their setup in MQ1.
· Setup new hires in PlanSource and Principal, maintain database and assure new hires are enrolled on-time.
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
· Collaborate with managers and HR partners to identify talent needs.
· Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
· Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
· Source applicants through online channels, such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
· Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.
· Process two reference checks for final candidate
· Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings.
· Serving as the primary point of contact for newly hired employees and creating a positive onboarding experience to promote retention.
· Prepare travel arrangements for new hires as needed.
· Provide support in all functional areas of HR as needed.
· Ability to prioritize assignments, meet critical deadlines and manage various projects.
· Ability to work well with all levels of internal employees.
· Ability to preserve confidential information is required.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of ATS systems, Excel and Word. Intermediate to Expert level.
