About the Position:
We are looking for a Reimbursement Specialist to join our Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy team in Mississauga. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and organized, with excellent communication skills and capable of providing exceptional customer service. Preference will be given candidates who are proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Management Software and experienced in troubleshooting adjudication issues with public and private payers.
Reporting to our Reimbursement Team Lead, the Reimbursement Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting our patients navigate insurance challenges and available provincial/federal programs to make their medications more affordable.
