As a Talent Manager within RWE Renewables you will join a global Talent team which is a crucial player in the company’s growth strategy. You will ensure that our candidates and hiring managers have the best possible recruiting journey and do your part in supporting the energy transition towards renewable energy sources.

Your tasks:

• Craft a recruitment strategy for a number of designated functional areas and manage the recruitment process end-to-end using state of the art methods and tools
• Track, review and adjust the recruitment strategy with a continuous improvement/ operational excellence mindset and further development of the product
• Oversee all aspects of both external and internal hiring for mainly our UK and Ireland vacancies – some European and Global support needed
• Actively manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment including consulting managers, ensuring process transparency, active search, CV and phone screening, shortlisting relevant candidates, making recommendations to the business and aligning with external suppliers where necessary
• Follow-up correspondence to candidates on status and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Collaborate and implement a social media recruitment strategy to drive specific talent for key markets and build Employer Brand awareness with creative, cost efficient methods
• Ensure compliance and recruitment quality standards at all time

Your profile:

• Recruiting experience, preferably in a team oriented and international industry environment as well as experience in developing a relevant talent pipeline
• Relevant university degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or equivalent
• Proactive and organized working style as well as the ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks and react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround
• Willingness and drive to create the best candidate experience paired with an understanding of respective business strategies, country specifics and requirements
• Expertise in social media candidate engagement and sourcing skills
• Ability to think strategically but operate tactically all the while building and maintaining strong relationships to all stakeholders
• Extensive experience with MS Office and recruiting tools & systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) as well as social media platforms
