Our 18-months Renewables Graduate Programme is designed for you to get in-depth business insights, build up your own international network and bring your knowledge into diverse projects. We have a clear focus on providing you with a general overview on the whole value chain. • Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics);

Who we are looking for: Talents shaping the energy transition

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of engineering or science (physics, geoscience, geoinformatics, environmental science, biological oceanography etc.)
• You have a passion for renewable energy and sustainability;
• You have advanced reasoning skills for complex problem solving, and a strategic and forward-thinking mindset;
• You’re curios, open towards change and have the self-belief to question the status quo;
• You’re motivated to take initiative and to promote your own ideas as well as concepts.
• You are able to interact and connect in cross-cultural teams, with a sense for diversity and inclusion;
