Requirements
Basic Qualifications 7+ years of recruitment experience at all levels 2+ years of recruiting leadership experience. 2+ years of recruiting in a staffing or recruiting firm.
Preferred Qualifications Global recruiting experience. Prior involvement with progressive Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives Ability to maintain and manage strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and senior stakeholders.
Experience in conducting and training recruiters on how to lead impactful interviews. Other Details Must be in Virginia.
Must be authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship. Remote position with a possibility to work 2-3 days from the office in the future.
