Rutan Refrigeration & A/C provides the highest 5-Star, best in class services to local residents and businesses on the beautiful island of Kauai. We are licensed, certified and specifically trained in the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of various cooling and refrigeration systems.

Starting at $18 to $20 per hour DOE

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service preferred
• Phone experience in a high call volume setting a plus
• Type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Dispatching software experience (ex: Jober) preferred
• HVAC/R knowledge is a plus but not required
