The Inventory Manager must be able to roll up their sleeves and lead daily operations as well as create strategy to effectively support the organization’s growth plan. The role leads all aspects of operations including production, quality, logistics, inventory, safety, scheduling and similar production-related activities. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for ensuring production efficiencies, lowest costs, and quality standards are exceeded.

• Lead all production activities with the main goal of delivering high quality finished goods in accordance with demand, quality standards and timeframes.
• Establish and develop production standards and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to increase output, improve quality, motivate team members, streamline processes, reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Make unsolicited recommendations for improving all areas of production.
• Implement effective inventory controls and procedures.
• Manage team members and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Tightly manage COGS, budgets, purchasing and inventory.
• Create and achieve KPI’s across all departments including labor, waste, quality, costs, efficiencies, safety, timelines and similar.
• Spearhead all activities tied to ERP/MRP system ensuring integrity of data, scheduling and ing.
• All other duties as assigned.
