Our client, a magical media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization!
Pay Rate : $25-35 / hour based on experience and location
Contract : 8-months
Location : Candidates must be able to work onsite in New York, NY or Burbank, CA
You’ll be responsible for
Supporting multiple Recruiters with job posting on career site, scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience.
Interviews include phone, video conferencing (Zoom), onsite interviews, and travel (when needed).
