The resourcer will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for specific jobs and communicating with them in relation to their personal details and qualifications. They will also be responsible for ensuring a bank of available operatives at all times and working with the sales team to provide them with candidates to discuss with their client base. The resourcer will be the point of contact for some of our regular candidates thus an ability to build rapport with individuals is very important and being able to work to tight timescales whilst under pressure is also a very important part of the role.
Placing adverts on job platforms and assisting with the social media side of the business are also 2 key tasks that the resourcer will be involved in.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
