We are hiring a Human Resource Generalist at our Fayetteville PA location. The foundation of this role is to implement various human resource programs and provide support to the multiple sites of the business. Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional or boring; you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruiting and onboarding, administering leaves and benefits, employee relations and crafting HR policies. Along with the HR Team, you will act as a point of contact for employees’ queries on People-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of HR service, continuity, seamless transition and support to employees, management and multi-site locations
• Lead the talent acquisition and recruitment processes including implementing recruitment activities, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Provide support to the company benefits program
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and organizing team building activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Experience with recruitment and applicant tracking systems
• General knowledge of employee benefit programs
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
