You’ll be at the heart of managing both inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound logistics to customers globally, including direct drop shipments.

Beyond movement, your expertise will guide strategic negotiations and partnerships with Global 3PL partners, addressing global freight challenges, driving cost-efficiency, and spearheading operational excellence across all logistics and warehouse processes.

Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate freight lane information, forecasting, and mitigating freight cost fluctuations, and leading our Mason, Ohio Warehouse team towards exceeding customer expectations.

If you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing shipping / receiving environment, including a deep understanding of global export and import regulations, tariff and VAT policies, and a track record of successful 3PL management, we want you.
