Summary

We are looking for part-time or full-time call center representatives to contact our existing customers to schedule the necessary appointments for their vehicles. These appointments are critical for our customer because they ensure the vehicles safety and helps customers maintain their vehicles value. Russ Darrow Automotive Group will provide all training so that representatives can meet with success and achieve their highest income potential. We are looking for individuals to work during the hours of 4PM to 8PM Monday to Friday and/or 9AM to 4PM Saturday. We also have some work from home flexibility after training is complete. • Work with your teammates and manager to provide customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
• Make scheduled outbound calls and texts to ensure timeliness of vehicle maintenance.
• Answer inbound inquiries from customers.
• Work with service managers on scheduling.
• Full-fill daily call quotas.

Pay based on experience and ranges from $15-$19 per hour plus a monthly commission.

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center.
• Strong aptitude for computer software programs.
• Commitment to good attendance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be hard-working with the ability to multi-task.
