A unique opportunity has opened for an HR Graduate to join their growing HR team

This newly created role will ideally be based Mount Gambier and will be an integral part of the organisations HR team. Reporting into the Regional HR Manager, guided and mentored along the way, you will partner with leaders to provide effective, efficient and professional HR Advisory services through the provision of generalist HR advice, guidance and coaching, to increase staff performance, engagement and leadership.

Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment – supporting arrange of recruitment and selection processes
• Resolving HR & ER issues
• Preparing employment contracts
• Maintaining HR management systems
• Conducting Exit interviews
• Management and support of various projects
• Management & coordination of training & development initiatives

A curious mind set, plenty of energy and enthusiasm will be essential to this fast-paced role as will your ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and build strong relationships of trust and reliability across the organisation. Similar work experience would be highly regarded. Any relevant tertiary studies, current or part thereof is preferred.
