We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser AND a Merchandiser. This apparel company is a leader in their industry! The Senior Merchandiser should have 7+ years of experience and the Merchandiser 5+ years. A solid background in product development, buying, analytics and merchandising. Utilize customer and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for new product strategies to drive sales growth. Build product and fabric roadmaps, work cross functionally to develop products that meet margins, finalize assortments, sizing, colors and pricing to be consistent with the company’s brand. Partner with Inventory Management, Design and PD to ensure products meet needs and expectations. Proven leadership abilities and must have the ability to communicate and presentation skills.
