Talent Acquisition Consultant – Rural Sourcing

We are planning on hiring 100+ new colleagues over the next year, and will be adding a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support this exciting effort!

A Day in the Life:

The Talent Acquisition Consultant researches, develops, and implements effective proactive and reactive recruiting strategies to discover and attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for RSI. This position will be responsible for a high volume of requisitions to source for current and future project demands.

• Participates in the full recruitment life cycle from first contact to offer and on-boarding coordination
• Manages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience; ensures the integrity of RSI recruiting practices
• Sources and identifies passive candidates by using online tools and unique sourcing techniques
• Contributes to the growth of RSI’s recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
• Creates and recommends strategies to build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events in rural or smaller communities across the United States
• Effectively communicates with internal RSI partners/stakeholders to ensure all are informed on candidate and requisition status and progress as necessary
• Mentors, trains and assists Associate Talent Acquisition Consultants
• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices
• Performs routine administrative tasks within the scope of work to include required actions in ATS
• Participates in recruiting projects and initiatives; performs other related duties as assigned

What it Takes:

• At least 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience; experience in both staffing and corporate recruiting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understands the basic principles of full lifecycle recruiting
• Must be organized and possess the ability to manage competing responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and business partners
• Ambitious, competitive, and tenacious self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR or Recruiting-related discipline preferred
• Professional Services industry experience preferred
