We are planning on hiring 100+ new colleagues over the next year, and will be adding an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant to help support this exciting effort!

A Day in the life of a Rural Sourcing Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant:

Rural Sourcing is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. The position will be responsible for executing the strategies for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for the firm to support its high growth plans.

• Source, qualify, and hire intern, entry-level, and mid-level talent for current needs and future demand
• Support TA team by sourcing candidates for higher level positions
• Participate in the full recruiting lifecycle (source, screen, interview, offer)
• Develop sourcing strategies and use creative methods to attract talent in smaller cities across the United States
• Manage communication with all applicants in the selection process and provide a positive candidate experience
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates with core skill sets across the country
• Post jobs on school career sites in all development center cities
• Organize career fairs and build relationships with local schools
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal colleagues
• Coordinate and host virtual interview day events

Expertise a Rural Sourcing Colleague will have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, recruiting or event planning
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, applicant tracking systems, and/or other recruiting databases
• Great communication skills – both verbal and written
