THE COMPANY:

RCC is a well-established company that has been around for 40 years! We create and support one of the leading software systems in the propane industry. Our customer service is what keeps our clients happy.

THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a full-time software support professional to provide excellent customer service to our customers as they need help with their software. Monday-Friday, 8-5, with the occasional on-call for nights/Saturdays (2-3 times a year).

• Specializing in Financial areas to support the GL, AP, Inventory packages of our software
• Provide end-user support to end users via email, phone, web, and in person
• Develop processes, documentation, tools, and workarounds to remediate issues for end users without the need to engage software engineering or other teams
• Monitor and own all support related metrics including ticket backlog, average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time and ticket escalations
• Own workforce and resource planning and scheduling
• You maximize the use of DevOps, Outlook, RingCentral, our own software, etc.
• Investigation – Investigates and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution
• Analysis – Analyzes production issues from business and the application/code perspective and outlines corrective actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
