Runway Training Hiring for HR Manager at Tonbridge Full Time

Runway Training was established in 2008 as a provider specialising in adult literacy and numeracy. Today we offer a wide range of courses and deliver across the South East. To date, we have helped in excess of 25,000 learners achieve nationally-recognised qualifications, enabling them to develop the skills they require to achieve their goals.

The Human Resources Manager will provide an effective professional HR service to Runway Training global operations to support the development of the capability of all employees and the delivery of HR strategy in alignment with business goals

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To recommend and implement good practice HR policies and procedures across all Runway Training locations in line with Company requirements.
• To ensure that all HR policies and procedures comply with local legislative requirements.
• To maintain internal HR documentation to ensure that it supports 1 and 2 above.
• To provide HR support for all functions to ensure that the standards applied in recruitment, reward and dismissal are consistent across the company and comply with Company HR policy.
• To manage and motivate the part time HR resource to ensure effective running of the HR department.
• To analyse and report to the Senior Management Team on key HR metrics across all locations.
• To take part in HR projects and other activities as required.
• To support Departmental Heads and any HR resource with HR policy and practice
• To participate in the development of HR strategy across the business

KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING

Essential

• Proven experience within HR department
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable

• Proven experience within HR department of Training Provider

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
