Responsibilities: – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered. – Realize sales, offer an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations. – Maintain personal and productivity goals – Establish a connection with each client by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. – Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products through product training. – Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media. Qualifications: – 0-3 years of retail experience – Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience. – Motivated to obtain excellent results thanks to his enthusiasm for running.
- Autonomous, able to accomplish tasks or activities with little supervision. – Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends and holidays.
