What We’re Looking For :

RuffleButts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team, with a primary focus on managing paid social media and paid search campaigns.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic digital advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices.
• Budget management to ensure we are pacing according to plan and optimize and track budgets. Manage all invoices and payments
• on success and performance (weekly and monthly s on KPIS, web traffic and ROAS); develop and implement a strategic approach to measuring social media and content performance
• Act as liaison between RuffleButts and our 3rd party advertising agency.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing current advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure the development of visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to track, measure, and on campaign performance.
• Conduct A / B testing to refine and improve campaign strategies.
• Identify and explore new opportunities for digital advertising innovation and growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into campaigns.

What you Need for this Position :

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of proven experience in managing paid social media and paid search campaigns.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex
