Rubrik Job Board Hiring for Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – EMEA Job at Remote Full Time

With disruption comes the need for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – EMEA to grow, build and develop a strong team of Talent Partners as well as partner with key hiring leaders on their talent acquisition strategy.

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent, this role will build upon an already very successful track record of execution across an organization.

The role will have a strong programmatic nature across diversity and inclusion strategy, as well as a continued focus to structure and streamline processes to optimize an already exceptional candidate experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and significant experience (10+ years) leading recruiting teams in preferable very high tech / fast scale environments.

Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion to grow exceptional talent is critical to success.

Where you can make an impact:

• Inspiring team lead for our Technical Talent Partner team based in Palo Alto HQs; will act as a strong cross-geo leader to our int’l team based in Bangalore.
• Partner closely with Head of EMEA sales and the leadership team.
• Deep expertise in Recruiting – hiring, programs, metrics and candidate experience
• Responsible for all Recruiting strategies from concept to execution
• Be a thought leader on market trends, provide end to end support for the Recruiting team and partner with leaders/hiring managers across the organization to implement scalable solutions.
• Analyze recruiting data to provide executive guidance, and ensure effectiveness of initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Who you are:

• BA/BS degree required
• 10+ years of experience in a dynamic Recruiting environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to flex to the strategic level
• Experience building scalable solutions for hyper growth startup
• High-energy, company first, positive mindset: Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
